Do you offer group or solo walks?

No, we do not offer group walks or group trips to the dog park. Your dogs walk is a solo adventure to help them improve their walking skills & get some free time out of the house. Most of the clients we see have pets that prefer to keep their circles small. We want to support these families by providing a skill set that is geared towards the dogs individual needs.

How do I schedule and manage dog walking appointment?

Our company utilizes the Time to Pet portal. This is an app in which you will download to create a profile and schedule all your walking or let out needs. This system is quick & easy to use without hassle. You'll start by setting up a profile and then sending a request for a walker to come within one of three time blocks.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens so as long as you let us know 24 hours in advance we can go ahead & cancel that booking with no fee.

If you need to cancel on the same day as your service you will still be charged in full for that service.

How are fees and payments handled?

In your Time to pet portal you will find all of your invoicing directly on your account!

Can I request a specific dog walker for my pet?

For Edmonton & surrounding area clients you have the choice between Jacinda & Eric however, both walkers do cover different areas so when requesting a walker you may or may not be able to have your first choice. We will take into consideration your requests.

Kari is currently our only walker for Innisfail and Sylvan Lake area.

What is the process for introducing a new dog walker to my pet?
